Mae’r hysbysiad preifatrwydd hwn yn esbonio sut rydym yn casglu ac yn trin unrhyw ddata personol a ddarperir i ni, yr amodau cyfyngedig y gallwn ei ddatgelu i eraill a sut rydym yn ei gadw’n ddiogel, o dan Reoliad (UE) 2016/679, a adwaenir hefyd fel y Rheoliad Cyffredinol ar Ddiogelu Data (GDPR).

1. PWY YDYM NI
Rhwydwaith daearyddol o Institute of Translation and Interpreting y DU yw ITI Cymru Wales, y gymdeithas broffesiynol ar gyfer cyfieithwyr, cyfieithwyr ar y pryd a busnesau gwasanaethau ieithyddol sy’n ymarfer. Ei nod yw cefnogi cyfieithwyr a chyfieithwyr ar y pryd proffesiynol sy’n byw yng Nghymru neu sydd â chysylltiad i Gymru.
 
2. PA FATH O WYBODAETH A GESGLIR A PHAM
Rydym yn casglu, storio ac yn defnyddio data personol at ddibenion prosesu eich ymholiadau, gweinyddu eich aelodaeth o’r rhwydwaith a chyfathrebu â chi ynghylch digwyddiadau yr ydym ni a’n sefydliadau partner yn eu trefnu. Nid ydym yn trosglwyddo eich data personol i drydydd parti heb eich caniatâd.

3. SAIL GYFREITHIOL
Rydym yn cadw data am aelodau ein rhwydwaith er buddiannau dilys a phan nad yw’r buddiannau hyn yn drech na hawliau aelodau neu pan fo gennym gydsyniad i wneud hynny, yn unol ag Erthygl 6(1)(a) y GDPR.
 
4. PA DDATA PERSONOL A GESGLIR
Mae’r data personol a gesglir yn cynnwys eich enw, rhif ffôn, cyfeiriad, cyfeiriad e-bost, rhywedd, cymwysterau, ieithoedd yr ydych yn gweithio â nhw a gradd eich aelodaeth ITI.
 
5. AM BA HYD YR YDYM YN CADW EICH DATA PERSONOL
Bydd data sy’n ymwneud ag aelodau sydd wedi talu’n llawn yn cael ei gadw drwy gydol cyfnod yr aelodaeth, neu am y cyfnod amser a nodir i gydymffurfio â rhwymedigaethau cyfreithiol.
  
6. RHANNU EICH DATA PERSONOL
Nid ydym yn defnyddio eich data personol at ddibenion marchnata. Bydd eich gwybodaeth hefyd yn hygyrch i aelodau eraill o’r rhwydwaith.

7. EICH HAWLIAU A RHWYMEDIGAETHAU
Rydym yn cymryd pob cam rhagofalus i warantu diogelwch, cywirdeb a chyfrinachedd data personol i gydymffurfio â’r GDPR, mewn perthynas â phrosesu data personol a symudiad rhydd data o’r fath.

Mae’r hawl gennych i gyrchu, cywiro, gwaredu neu gyfyngu’r data personol yr ydym yn ei gadw amdanoch chi, yn unol â’r rheoliad UE a nodir uchod. Anfonwch eich cais yn uniongyrchol at y Swyddog Diogelu Data gan ddefnyddio’r cyfeiriad e-bost isod, a byddwn yn gweithredu cyn gynted â phosibl, o fewn un mis o ddyddiad eich cais ar y mwyaf. Os nad ydych chi’n fodlon ar yr ymateb, mae gennych yr hawl i gyflwyno cwyn i Swyddfa’r Comisiynydd Gwybodaeth (ICO), y corff goruchwylio yn y DU. Noder nad yw ITI Cymru Wales wedi’i gofrestru fel rheolydd data gyda’r ICO oherwydd mae’n sefydliad nid-er-elw sy’n gymwys am esemptiad.
 
8. MESURAU DIOGELWCH
Rydym yn cymryd pob cam rhagofalus i warantu bod eich data personol yn cael ei ddiogelu.
Diweddariadau i gyfrifiaduron a dyfeisiau: Caiff y cyfarpar a ddefnyddir i storio a phrosesu data personol ei ddiweddaru mor aml â phosibl.
Maleiswedd: Gosodir meddalwedd gwrthfeirysau ar y cyfarpar a ddefnyddir i storio a phrosesu data personol, i atal dwyn neu ddinistrio’r wybodaeth hon. Caiff y feddalwedd gwrthfeirysau hon ei diweddaru’n rheolaidd.
Waliau tân: Mae waliau tân ar waith ar bob dyfais a ddefnyddir i storio neu brosesu data personol, i osgoi mynediad trydydd parti anghyfreithlon o bell.
Cadw copi wrth gefn: Cedwir copi wrth gefn o ddata personol ar wasanaeth cwmwl diogel, fel y gellir adfer data personol os yw’n cael ei golli neu ei ddifrodi.
Mesurau technegol: Mae’r holl systemau electronig a ddefnyddir i storio a phrosesu data personol wedi’u diogelu gan gyfrinair.
 
9. CWCIS
Fel sawl gwefan arall, rydym yn defnyddio cwcis i gasglu data. Darnau bach o wybodaeth yw cwcis a anfonir i’ch cyfrifiadur (cyfrifiaduron, ffonau clyfar neu lechi) a’u storio ar eich gyriant caled wrth i chi bori. Fe’u defnyddir i gofio pryd y mae eich cyfrifiadur neu ddyfais yn cyrchu’r wefan hon, ei helpu i weithredu’n effeithiol a darparu gwasanaeth mwy personol. Os nad ydych yn dymuno defnyddio cwcis, gallwch analluogi’r dewis hwn yng ngosodiadau eich porwr rhyngrwyd. Gellir tynnu cwcis o’ch cyfrifiadur yn hawdd hefyd.

Mae’r wefan hon hefyd yn cynnwys dolenni cyfryngau cymdeithasol i blatfformau cyfryngau cymdeithasol trydydd parti fel Twitter. Os a phryd y mae data’n cael ei gasglu fel hyn, caiff y prosesu ei lywio gan bolisi preifatrwydd y platfformau cyfryngau cymdeithasol priodol.

This privacy notice explains how we collect and treat any personal data provided to us, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure, in view of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, also known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. WHO WE ARE
ITI Cymru Wales is a geographical network of the UK Institute of Translation and Interpreting, the professional association for practising translators, interpreters and language services businesses. Its aim is to support professional translators and interpreters living in Wales or with a connection to Wales.
 
2. WHAT TYPE OF INFORMATION IS COLLECTED & WHY
We collect, store and use personal data for the purposes of processing your enquiries, administering your membership of the network and communicating with you regarding events which we and our partner organisations organise. We do not pass your personal data on to third parties without your permission.

3. LEGAL BASIS
We hold data on our network members for legitimate interests and when these interests do not override members’ rights or we have consent to do so, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
 
4. WHICH PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED
Personal data collected includes your name, telephone number, address, email address, gender, qualifications, working languages and ITI membership grade.
 
5. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Data relating to fully paid-up members will be retained throughout the membership period, or for the length of time stipulated to comply with legal obligations.
 
6. SHARING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We do not use your personal data for marketing purposes. Your information will also be accessible to other members of the network.

7. YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
We take all precautionary steps to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of personal data in compliance with the GDPR, in relation to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.

You are entitled to access, rectify, erase or restrict the personal data that we hold about you, in accordance with the above-mentioned EU regulation. Please send your request directly to the Data Protection Officer using the contact email address below, and we will act upon this as soon as possible, within a maximum of one month from the date of your request. If you are not satisfied with the response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the supervisory body in UK. Please note that ITI Cymru Wales is not registered as a data controller with the ICO on the grounds that it is a not-for-profit organisation that qualifies for exemption.
 
8. SECURITY MEASURES
We take all possible precautionary measures to guarantee that your personal data is safeguarded.
Updates to computers and devices: The equipment used for storing and processing personal data is updated as frequently as possible.
Malware: Anti-virus software is installed on the equipment used for storing and processing personal data, to prevent the theft or destruction of this information. This anti-virus software is regularly updated.
Firewall: Firewalls are in place on all devices used for storing or processing personal data, to avoid remote unlawful third-party access.
Back-up: Personal data is backed up to a secure cloud service, so that personal data can be recovered in the event of loss or damage.
Technical measures: All electronic systems used for storing or processing personal information are password protected.

Like many other websites, we use cookies to collect data. Cookies are small pieces of information sent to your computer (PCs, smart phones or tablets) and stored on your hard drive as you browse.
